Once the slow expires or the combatant dies, they emit a blast that deals 10 damage to all combatants within 2 range.

Spirited Assembly

While mobile, Silversouls cloak allies within 6 range until their next attack.
Upon taking fatal damage while mobile, Silversouls embed themselves into the surface, becoming immobile and more heavily-armored. During this time, they apply Impact Dissipation to allies within 8 range.
