So long as their Tyrant is nearby and has energy, malefactors gain increased durability and speed, and victims of their attacks are tyrannized on death.
Mind Tyrants can only have one malefactor at a time.

As long as the Mind Tyrant remains within 10 range, damage dealt to the malefactor is first inflicted upon the Mind Tyrant's energy, they gain 33% increased movement speed, and hostiles they strike are tyrannized on death.
